A successful 2019 has seen Pragmatic Play go “from strength to strength”, the company’s chief commercial officer Melissa Summerfield explains. The firm is all set to get 2020 off on the right foot and will be presenting its expanded Live Casino portfolio at this year’s ICE London.

After a 2019 spent releasing some of the industry’s most popular games and partnering with the sector’s biggest hitters, Pragmatic Play has gone from strength to strength. The fast-growing multi-product provider takes a look back at 2019 and unveils its plans for 2020.

With an ever-growing suite of titles augmented by an exciting bingo vertical and a cutting-edge Live Casino product, Pragmatic Play provides a complete casino content solution for operator partners.

2019 was a year of incredible growth and development for us and one of our most successful years to date. We released more than 30 video slots, including adding new titles to our hugely popular John Hunter series, expanding our portfolio with the Gold series, which includes one of the company’s top performing slots, Mustang Gold.

One of our biggest achievements last year was the launch of our gamification tool, Pragmatic Play Enhance. Enhance is a complete promotional toolkit that encompasses local and network jackpots, tournament and prize drop promotions, as well as numerous free spins bonuses, delivering an end-to-end solution for gamification aspects for our operator partners.

Enhance is truly an industry gamechanger. Players remain engaged through a real-time promotional toolkit that our operator partners can tailor to their needs. Another highlight was the launch of our Live Casino products, with the offering instantly becoming a hit with fans across the globe. From innovative takes on casino classics to traditional gameplay with an immersive user experience, it has been a significant success, seeing us sign Live Casino partnerships with operators including BetConstruct, Interwetten and 1xBet.

After such an exciting 2019, we started this year as we mean to go on. With so much exciting activity at Pragmatic Play HQ, we have plenty to look forward to as 2020 gets underway. We have big plans for ICE, with a focus on expanding our Live Casino portfolio, which continues to grow in unison with our suite of popular titles.
